The facets of the mind can only be worked on without the distraction of the physical body. Through the practise of yoga we can release, detoxify and relax. It is only then that we can start to experience the truth of the meditative mind and our connection to the universal consciousness. We are blessed to have international yoga and meditation teachers holding space for our guests all year round, working closely with the the Ayurvedic team and therapists, to support each guest in creating a holistic healing program catered to individual needs.
