Satya Raj first came across Kundalini Yoga in 2008 after moving to London and wanting to find something to help balance a hectic and stressful lifestyle. She would describe what she found in Kundalini Yoga as beyond her imagination: an entire system of powerful and practical tools to align the body, mind and spirit, to feel connected and energised and to be able to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.
Inspired by her own transformation through Kundalini Yoga, Satya Raj trained as a Level 1 teacher with Karam Kriya school in London and Portugal under Shiv Charan Singh. She feels grateful and honoured to be able to share these teachings with students and is committed to supporting people to connect deeply with themselves, working through fears and blocks and opening up to the experience of their true potential.
Working as an Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Chairman of an Asset Management company in the City, Satya Raj enjoys teaching Kundalini Yoga to her colleagues with a weekly office class, as well as public classes in London and 1:1s with private individuals.
Inspired to continuously learn and delve deeper into the practice, Satya Raj recently began Level 2 training in the Middle Eastern desert and looks forward to the next instalment in Argentina at the end of 2017!
